Services

Light-duty towing, roadside fixes and recovery

We handle cars, SUVs, pickups, minivans and motorcycles. No heavy trucks or RVs, so the trucks we run are the right size for the job.

What happens when you call

From your call to the shop door

  1. You call, a person answers

Tell us where you are, what you drive and what happened. A dropped map pin or a mile marker works. You get a price and an arrival estimate before anything is booked.

  2. The right truck heads your way

A flatbed for AWD, EVs and damaged cars. A service truck for jumps, lockouts and tires. We text you when the driver is on the way.

  3. We make the scene safe

Amber lights on, cones out, and you stay clear of traffic. The driver confirms the job and the price with you before touching the car.

  4. Fixed on the spot, or delivered

Either you drive away, or your car is strapped down and taken to the shop, home or lot you picked. You get an itemized receipt.

A tow is a hook-up fee plus a per-mile rate. Jump starts, lockouts, tire changes and fuel runs are a flat service-call price. Nights, holidays and off-road recovery can add to it, and we tell you on the call if they apply.

Questions

Common questions

See all questions

Are you open 24 hours?

Yes. Call any time, day or night, including weekends and holidays. A person answers, not a menu.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Powder Springs and cover Douglasville, Lithia Springs, Austell, Hiram, Dallas, Villa Rica, Mableton, Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw and the west side of Atlanta along I-20. If you are just outside those areas, call and ask.

How do you price a tow?

A hook-up fee plus a per-mile rate for the distance to where the vehicle is going. Roadside jobs like jump starts and lockouts are a flat service-call price. You get the total on the phone before we send a truck.

What information do you need when I call?

Where you are (an address, cross streets, a mile marker or a dropped map pin), the year, make and model of the vehicle, what happened, and where you want it taken.

What forms of payment do you take?

Cash, credit and debit cards, and Zelle. You get an itemized receipt for insurance or rental-company reimbursement.

Do you work with insurance or roadside plans?

Most insurers and motor clubs reimburse you when you use an outside towing company. Call your provider to check, then keep our itemized receipt for the claim.
